Principal in the firm since 2014, Colm qualified in 1986 and joined the practice as Managing Partner in 2004. Prior to this, he was principal in his own practice which he established in 1999 and had previously worked in Dublin and Cork for two of the country’s major law firms. His main areas of practice today are Civil and Commercial Litigation, Commercial Agreements, Debt Recovery and Employment Law.

He has extensive experience of  representing parties in Courts and at Tribunals. He also has an established base of Commercial and Residential Conveyancing clients. He has the support of a dedicated and well organised team of Solicitors and support staff.

He is a qualified Notary Public and provides a full range of Notarial services to companies and individuals.

The Law Society of Ireland has placed his name on the Irish Language Register which denotes those solicitors who can practise law through the Irish language.
