The current public health difficulties have had a significant impact on the manner in which Solicitors and related services can carry on business. It is the intention and wish that we in Ahern Roberts O’Rourke Williams & Partners will remain open for business insofar as we can and for as long as we can. We will operate subject to the HSE’s guidelines. This means that the manner in which we conduct our affairs will be curtailed and inter personal contact must be limited to the greatest extent possible. This results in practical changes and we trust that you will understand that they may give rise to the manner in which we carry out business on your behalf. These include:-

1. No client meetings save in exceptional circumstances.

2. Working behind closed doors.

3. Different personnel working on your file.

4. Court cases being adjourned.

5. Completion of transactions being delayed.

For all these reasons, response times to queries may be greater than we would like but we trust that you will bear with us. We will endeavour to continue to provide the level of service that you require. With over 50 years in business we have experienced many difficult and challenging circumstances. We have come through them and we are confident that the current difficulties will be surmounted.
