Family Law and Child Care

At Ahern Roberts O’Rourke Williams & Partners we understand that marital and relationship  breakdown is a traumatic life changing event. There are significant legal, parental, financial and taxation implications arising from the breakdown of any relationship.  We see our role as guiding our clients through the process with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome for that client with as little stress as is possible in difficult circumstances.   Our aim is to deliver a superior service in a cost-effective manner. We will assist and advise on mediation and alternative means of dispute resolution.    Where resolution of a case through negotiation or mediation is not possible, litigation may be necessary and we will advise and guide our clients at every step of the process.    We can provide representation at every court level.    In matters involving guardianship, custody and access, we are sensitive to the needs of children and will work towards a resolution which will minimise the impact of litigation on them.
