Catherine Barry

 

 

 

Solicitor, BCL Hons. (UCC, 1999).

 

Catherine advises a broad range of private and corporate clients on all aspects of property law, including the acquisition, sale and leasing of both residential and commercial property, dealing with landlord and tenant disputes and has extensive experience working on Liquidations and Receiverships. In recent times, Catherine has specialized in advising a prominent lending institution regarding marine mortgages and the enforcement of such securities.


She handles a diverse portfolio of cases in the District Court, Circuit and High Court arising out of personal injuries claims, medical negligence, defamation, road traffic litigation, property damage, family law and licensing.


Catherine is also involved in Probate and the administration of estates.
